We provide instructions for alumni/former students and current students on how to request official transcripts.
Current students can request enrollment verification through MyUMGC. If your enrollment verification is not available through MyUMGC, please complete the Enrollment Verification Request form.
Investigator RequestsInvestigators conducting background investigations must complete an investigator request form via DocuSign accompanied by a signed release from the student. Please complete one form per student. The forms will be submitted through DocuSign and the request will be fulfilled either by email or e-fax.
